As this product creates an extremely shallow rink water would potentially leak from the sides.

Yes it is intended to keep the water in. From my miserable experience with said product I wouldn't waste your hard earned money

How does this product work?

If it comes in a package, then how do you keep the water in? Any tips for levelling this product to your yard?

This product dosen't do anything good for you it just get you frustrated till you want to destroy it. The leveling dosen't work simply beacause it come with tubes that are only 3/4 of an inch high and that dosen't level out anything because if one spot is more than an inch higher it dosen't work. I hope you din't buy this product.

Question

i just purchased this but the box does not have the 24 styrofoam spacer blocks as stated in the instructions...how can i get them?

It was the last one and did appear to have been opened as I had to disassemble the white and blue tubes from each other. The box also seemed to have been opened and re-taped shut.
