You can pretty much get them at any hardware store. Canadian Tire sells them, I know Home Hardware and Home Depot do as well, and probably Kent.
You'll need a 4" x 36" Sanding Belt for it, whichever grit you usually use. Default is probably 180 or so.

Last time I neede some my local store had a few,STRESS FEW,I bought all they had.I've found many sanding tools to suffer this affliction.Best thing you can do is find some scary,disgusting looking hole in the wall tool shop in your area,with an even scarier looking 300 year old attendant behind the counter,he'll have them!Pajimy.
