Any other disks you buy should probably be stickier, though the one that came with mine was perfect.
To get it on there good, but still have it removable, try using some kind of spray glue. The best glue I'd recommend for this purpose would be 3M Super-77. Great stuff for a great-hold, but removable if you need to, and the residue is very easy to get rid of through rubbing or some Goo-Gone.

I had the same problem- CLean the metal surface with rubbing alcohol - and press the disc on- then Take a hair dryer / heat gun and get it nice and warm-- it will make it stick just fine then- just needs some heat to activate the glue
