when you plug the timer in, push the top button to set the time to the nearest hour (there is a small dot in the bottom right corner to indicate PM)
then push the bottom button and a P will flash. push the top button to get the desired start time. push the bottom button again and an E will flash. push the top button to set the end time. push the bottom button one more time and it will return to the current time. if you need to change anything just unplug it and restart the process. hope this helps!

Question

Instructions

I bought two of these timers last year for my Christmas lights. They are wonderful items but I lost the instructions on how to program them. I would hate to have to buy another one to be able to use them.

Thanks

I have the 1506. On this model at the step where the E flashes, I get the number 1.

I then push the button until I get the number I want, which for me is 6. This is 6am. Then the bottom button to set it to "run"

Hope this works for you.

Question

About NOMA 052-8835-2 OUTDOOR TIMER

On your Instructions say. Do not install or use this product for more than a 90-day period per year.

So I can only use this timer 90 days per year?

The intent of the warning is geared towards the safety of the consumer. UL requires manufacturers listing their products to UL standard 2438 to apply verbiage to the packaging or instruction sheets stating that they are not intended for use in excess of 90 day periods. The rationale is that because such devices are used outdoors they are subjected to conditions that could render them unsafe. Our packaging mistakenly implies that the device may only be used for one 90 day period per year and will be modified in future production. Again, the thrust of the warning is to encourage users to inspect outdoor use devices periodically to ensure their safe and reliable operation. Future packaging will be changed.
