Simple Green MAX will work on outdoor fabric so long as the stain isn't too dried and set. For vinyl based outdoor fabic you might try it in conjuction with a Mr Clean Magic Eraser pad.

Simple Green is a great product to try because, at the very least, it won’t harm the outdoor furniture fabric. We recommend that you dilute your Simple Green at a 1-part-SG to 10 parts-water and test that on a small inconspicuous area first to make sure that your fabric is colorfast. If all appears good, wet the area with the Simple Green and then, with a damp cloth or sponge, wipe inward from the outer edges of the stain towards the center of the stain. Do this several times, and then, with a clean white towel or cloth, blot the wetness up and allow the area to dry. If the stain still shows, try this application once again. Simple Green is a good degreaser and it will remove the baby oil without harming the fabric.
